Here’s what we think of Bobbi Brown’s Jones Road makeup brand

Bobbi Brown started Jones Road believing that the world doesn’t need more beauty products. It needs cosmetics. Clean, targeted, high-grade formulas work on every skin type and tone. Jones Road distills beautiful wisdom.

Deep Information About Bobbi Brown’s Jones Road Makeup Bran

Jones Road, Bobbi Brown’s new cosmetic brand, was founded during the epidemic to provide high-performing, clean makeup. The creator and makeup artist claims it’s clean, uncomplicated makeup for any skin type and tone.

Brown pioneered “no-makeup makeup” before it became a fad and has helped people feel powerful by enhancing their natural beauty for decades. My mom has been a fan of Brown’s beauty brand since I was born, so I grew up seeing her name on her blush compacts and lip gloss tubes. Now that Jones Road beauty has gone viral, Brown is reaching new audiences with her less-is-more cosmetic looks.

Brown believes Jones Road is for anybody who appreciates a natural, luminous aesthetic. Most women want to appear better with makeup, not overdone. Most women desire clean, easy-to-apply cosmetic products that function. Jones Road upholds this ideal. This natural style is more current than excessive makeup.

I tested five of Jones Road’s new and bestselling beauty items, from What the Foundation to a clean mascara.

What we liked

Miracle Balm is Jones Road’s best-selling skincare/makeup product. The emollient-rich balm dissolves into the face to add hydration and color. When Brown puts it on, she suddenly looks better. It gives soft-focus hydration to the skin. It reflects light to bring sparkle to cheeks, eyelids, and lips.

I tried Flushed (rosy hue), Magic Hour (bronze shimmer), and Au Naturel (clear). It provides skin with a glowy gloss. Flushed is the sheerest blush. Magic Hour is my fave highlighter after What the Foundation and The Best Blush. It combines wonderfully with Foundation and has a radiant finish for a natural accent. Miracle Balm’s transparent tone makes it a versatile cosmetic product that may be used alone or over foundation. First, shatter the balm’s surface with your finger or a beauty spatula. This helps you reach the softer component of the recipe, which you may apply.

What the Foundation most impressed me. It produced natural-looking light coverage, evened my complexion, and gave me dolphin skin with one product. Even when I test foundations for work, they are at the bottom of a massive cosmetic pile. This product lives in my makeup bag. Beige served as a background for me, but Medium added warmth to my summer tan. I use my fingers to apply it, although a cosmetic brush or sponge also works. The creamy Foundation feels thick on the skin owing to natural oils and sodium hyaluronate.

Jones Road’s Face Pencil shows its flexibility. It conceals redness, dark circles, and imperfections. Artists enjoy the 25 hues, and blend-ability adds Brown. I use it to hide under-eye circles and nasal redness. It is handy to have hues 7, 8, 9, and 10 available. 7 (light with neutral undertones) brightens the under-eye region and evens redness around the nose; 8 (light/medium with peach undertones) covers blemishes.

Brown designed The Best Blush because she always carries a fantastic powder blush. She grew up using powder blush. “Pink is my go-to as a makeup artist and in my cosmetic regimen. Even when I’m not wearing makeup, I use a touch of pink to emulate a natural blush. It’s easy to lift and improve skin.”

The talc-free product comes in five rose colors and is buildable for extra color. The squalane-infused powder may be used on bare skin without looking chalky or topped with Miracle Balm (“for enhanced radiance”). I used Jones Road’s Blush Brush to apply Rosy and Sandy. I can swipe some on my ring finger and tap it on my eyes for a monotone appearance. Read more: Charli Damelio Photos: Explore Queen’s Most Stunning Makeup-free Moments Here

Brown recommends The Mascara. It’s hard to manufacture a clean black mascara, but they’ve nailed it. The Mascara surprised me in a good way. With my straight, obstinate lashes, I need high-performing Mascara. The oversized, curved wand coats my lashes with one swipe, and the conditioning substance keeps them up and adds length. It wasn’t smudge-proof for me, so I discovered the best approach to obtain a long-lasting curl was to apply The Mascara first, then Twenty/Twenty Beauty’s Clean Sweep Mascara.

Using the above items and my favorite brow products, I applied my makeup in about 10 minutes. Since I initially tried the things, I’ve re-created the look for business gatherings and dating nights.

What we didn’t like

While I didn’t notice any negatives, there are a few things to consider before attempting Jones Road. The line’s “no-makeup makeup” aesthetic doesn’t match how the products feel on the skin. The Miracle Balm and What the Foundation feels weighty because they include emollients. It takes some getting used to, but I’ll welcome the extra wetness in the winter.

Some reviews mention a gritty feel in What the Foundation; I saw this in Beige but not Medium. I think this is due to how the contents settled in the container, but I could massage the product without difficulty, and the mixture blended out without a trace. How it compares

Jones Road’s variety appeals to Ilia, Merit, Sale, and Glossier fans. The Face Pencil, What the Foundation, and Miracle Balm are Jones Road’s stars. They give a flawless foundation for the barely-there makeup appearance and go nicely with Jones Road and other brands.

Jones Road is pricier than other no-makeup companies, but Brown’s experience makes its products seem like pro tools. The items feel like cosmetics you’d find in a professional MUA kit since that’s what they were created for. Brown made Jones Road cosmetics to cover a need in her kit.

Jones Road also includes skincare, so if you want to stick to one brand, it has everything you need. Read more: Walid Shoebat: Early Life, Career& More!

Bottom line

Brown put thought and effort into making effective cosmetics that everyone can use. Jones Road may work for everyone, regardless of age, skin tone, or cosmetic regimen. These items are ideal for improving one’s self-esteem and achieving a natural, you-but-better appearance.
