Jan. 3, 2011, — — Two additional women have filed a sexual harassment claim against Brett Favre after his sex scandal and a $50,000 punishment.
Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, both former Jets massage therapists, sued Favre, the Jets, and Lisa Ripi, who employs massage therapists, today.
The Jets and NFL did not react. Brett Favre’s agency and the Minnesota Vikings didn’t immediately comment.
Scavo claims Favre texted her and another massage therapist to “get together” with him.
She alleged that Favre handled Scavo like a “hanging slab of meat” in 2008. She alleges he wanted a three-way with her and another therapist.
Favre reportedly texted the therapist, “Brett here; you and Crissy want to get together; I’m alone.”
“Kinda lonely tonight; I think I have evil intentions,” Favre reportedly texted.
Scavo stated that when she rejected Favre’s attempts and had her husband phone him to demand an apology, she and Shannon O’Toole were never given work with the Jets again.
According to the lawsuit, Favre “responded inappropriately and refused” when Scavo’s husband begged him to cease courting his wife.
Joseph Scavo claimed defendant Lisa Ripi criticized his wife. The lawsuit claims Ripi responded, “I feel bad that you had to go through that with a pervert, but I wish you had come forward sooner.”
Ripi says, “I’ve been up there 13 years without anything happening to me on tmz…because it was handled internally well.”
Elizabeth Eilender, Scavo and O’Toole’s attorney, claimed they didn’t want to sue, but the Jets wouldn’t rehire them.
The lawsuit claims the Jets’ locker room and training camp are “hotbeds of sexual harassment, misogyny, and improper behavior.”
The massage therapists are primarily young ladies.

Why Did Favre Not Help Nfl Investigators in Any Way?
The NFL investigated Favre from October 2010 to late December after Deadspin leaked voicemails supposedly from Favre to a former Jets reporter. The voicemails and photos were reportedly sent to Sterger in 2008 when both were Jets.

League officials claimed forensic evidence from the three-month inquiry did not prove Favre transmitted the photos to Sterger.
