According to the Volusia County sheriff’s office, a man and a woman from Deltona were found stabbed to death on Monday evening in what seems to have been a murder-suicide situation.

At around 6:15 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence at 2742 Gramercy Drive, where the residents reported finding a man and a woman unconscious inside. According to the deputies, there were three children present in the home. The ages of the children ranged from 10 years old to 2 years old.

Sheriff Mike Chitwood of Volusia County reported that a 10-year-old boy informed a neighbor that his parents were arguing and that the boy’s stepfather had stabbed his mother. The boy’s mother was the victim of the stabbing.

According to the information provided by the sheriff’s office, Bianca Cruz Tovar, the children’s mother, was pronounced dead at the scene. In contrast, Oscar Salazar, the husband of Bianca Cruz Tovar, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Chitwood said that the Tovar had sustained “loads of defensive wounds” and was engaged in a battle for her life. According to the authorities, the two were involved in a dispute over how to discipline one of the children.

According to Chitwood, Salazar has been residing in the nation under a false name and has been arrested in the past for engaging in domestic violence.

Even though neighbors claimed to have heard a great deal of screaming emanating from the residence, no protection orders were ever issued. Chitwood described the incident as “typical domestic violence” and “a tragic aspect of how these things finish.”

Off camera, many people have mentioned to WESH 2 News that the couple had moved to the region and made some upgrades to the property that they had just acquired. Read more: Who Is Vee Mampeezy Wife Kagiso Ludo Sento?

“I get chills just thinking about it. “When I saw it, you just sort of wonder what an adult’s head is going through,” said Michele Indo, a resident of the area who walks the neighborhood daily. On Facebook, Chitwood published the following statement:

As they cope with the aftermath of this catastrophe, both now and for the rest of their lives, the children will require a great deal of love and support. I want to express how sad I am for their suffering. We are reaching out to various family members to establish contact and make necessary preparations, and we will see to it that these children have all they require. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and compassion to everyone working on this investigation with each of these three innocent children in your heart.
