Lesley Beador’s ex-husband, Eriks Pukke, obtained a temporary restraining order against the actress’ estranged husband, David Beador, According to documents obtained exclusively by us, the court granted Pukke’s plea for a temporary protective order — with whom Lesley shares a small daughter and boy — on Aug. 22.
It was set to expire on September 14 but was extended at the request of Pukke’s lawyers. David, 56, was unable to “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, abuse, or destroy personal property of” Pukke or even “disturb the peace of” the Orange County, Calif., resident during that period.
David was also prohibited from contacting Pukke “directly or indirectly in any way, including but not limited to, in person, via phone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”
During the length of the protective order, David was also compelled to stay at least 100 yards away from Pukke. It is unknown why Pukke filed. When reached for comment by Page Six, David’s attorney said that a civil harassment action filed after the order will be dismissed soon due to an agreement made by all parties involved on Monday. Following a final hearing on Oct. 11, the court will record the dismissal.
David filed for divorce from Lesley last month, alleging irreconcilable differences and putting their separation date as Sept. 15. The proprietor of a construction company had only been married to his new wife for 23 months. Lesley, 38, who has a 19-month-old daughter with David, said on Sept. 28 that she was now the one suing for divorce after the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum withdrew his suit.
“I’m going to file for divorce.” “While this is not what I intended, it is what is best,” she said on Instagram, beside a photo of herself cradling Anna on a beach. David and Lesley Beador take a photo with their daughter Anna Love. The protective order against David, shown here with Lesley and their daughter, Anna Love, was issued on August 22 and expired on September 14.
“I cherish myself as much as the happiness and well-being of my children,” Lesley added. “I am so thankful to have such a wonderful group of friends and family who support me.” The mother of three closed by expressing her desire for a “good and joyful future with my beautiful kiddies.”
A public information officer for the Superior Court of California in Orange County, however, informed Page Six that there were no requests to dismiss the divorce action at the time. According to online records, no request was in the queue to be filed, and there was also no trace of the alleged dismissal request in the case docket. For nearly two decades, David was married to “RHOC” star Shannon Beador. Following his adultery scandal, chronicled on the Bravo reality show, they divorced in 2019.
