Harley Quinn Season 3

What is the release date of the third season of Harley Quinn? To prove herself among Gotham’s criminal elite, Harley Quinn leaves her abusive ex-husband, the Joker. In the first season, we saw her fight both the Joker and Batman at the same time. When Batsy and the Joker were no longer around, the ‘Injustice League,’ a group of Batman’s usual opponents, confronted the ponytailed villain in season 2.

As the second season came to a finish, we were treated to the botched wedding, a slew of explosions, and a resurrected Joker. There were a few cliffhangers and unanswered mysteries leftovers from the previous season, so we’re eager to see what Harley Quinn season 3 has in store for us.

After a year of delays, the new season is finally here. Consequently, in front of Harley Quinn’s next set of escapades on DC’s animated series, we’ve gathered all you need to know about her. Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming season of Gotham’s criminal queen, including its release date, trailer, cast, and more.

Harley Quinn Season 3 Release Date Speculation

The Harley Quinn season 3 release date hasn’t been revealed yet, but it has been teased that it will be sometime in summer 2022.

Taking to Twitter, producer Patrick Schumacker revealed the big news in response to a fan’s question. In his post he wrote the following: “I do know the release date, but I’m not allowed to tell. It is going to be in the time of year that rhymes with ‘summer.’”

As a result, we now know that the next chapter in Harley’s animated adventures will be coming soon. A photo of Harley Quinn season 3 was also uploaded by HBO Max in 2020, revealing that the show would be returning for its third season.

Finally, season 3’s audio mix has been completed by the show’s producer Patrick Schumacker, which means the series is now in its final stages of production.

Harley Quinn Season 3 Trailer Speculation

Even though the sizzle reel displayed at DC FanDome wasn’t an official trailer for Harley Quinn season 3, we did get a glimpse of it. To make amends for the long wait for Season 3, Harley appears in the promotional video. Film clips from the new season are shown after she apologizes for the long delays.

There is a glimpse of Harley and Ivy’s honeymoon phase in the teaser, as they prepare to embark on a “eat, marry and kill” tour. This isn’t going to be a trip into the sunset for the bad guys.

Several Gotham baddies, led by Commissioner Gordon, can be seen chasing the duo. There are plenty of explosions and a glimpse inside Harley and Ivy’s relationship in the sizzle reel.

Harley Quinn Season 3 Plot Speculation

Although we don’t have an official synopsis for season 3 of Harley Quinn, owing to the sizzle reel from DC FanDome and some information from the show’s authors, we can create a very accurate picture of what the show’s plot will be like.

We witnessed Harley and Ivy flee from Ivy and Kiteman’s wedding at the end of season 2 after a long-awaited rendezvous. Exactly two seasons of love tension have finally ended for the two Gotham women. We watched the couple on a romantic trip to Paris, where they robbed a few banks, in the sizzle reel.

With this new romance, you should expect a lot of spicinesses. They briefly appeared together in the sizzle reel, with Ivy catching Kiteman’s eye again, and Harley confronting Gotham’s most dangerous criminals while balancing her new romance.

We’ll finally get to witness Batman and Catwoman’s on-again, off-again romance play out in season 3. When DC was made aware of the clip, they issued a statement saying: “heroes don’t do that.” True enough, the caped crusader is terrified of pre-romance. Despite DC’s directive, it isn’t clear if the sequence has been fully omitted or if a new sexual act was used in its stead. This season’s Batman looks to be getting a little saucier.

Additionally, Halpern revealed that in the third season of Harley Quinn we’ll get a stand-alone Joker episode, allowing us to delve inside his warped mind. Harley Quinn season 3 may potentially feature some new characters.

Patrick Schumacker, the show’s writer and producer, shared a spoiler on Twitter. “So thrilled for y’all to find out which new characters show up in season 3 of @dcharleyquinn,” he captioned a photo of director M. Night Shyamalan and a chicken wing.

The joke reveals that Nightwing will debut in the third season of Harley Quinn. It was confirmed in March 2022 that Harvey Guillén would play the character.

Additionally, Halpern has stated that the Mad Hatter will emerge in season 3. Jervis Tetch, better known as the Mad Hatter, is a DC supervillain who uses hypnosis and brainwashing to his advantage. In addition, he fits well in with Harley Quinn’s wild and crazy series.

More DC characters will be included in Harley Quinn’s plot as at least two new additions have been semi-confirmed. The official Harley Quinn season 3 summary will be released shortly.

Harley Quinn Season 3 Cast Speculation

That’s great news, Puddin! In season three of Harley Quinn, most of the previous cast members will return. Harley Quinn will be voiced by Kaley Cuoco, and Poison Ivy and Cheryl will be voiced by Lake Bell.

Season 3 will, however, introduce some new faces. According to a tweet from Schumacker, the series has added Sam Richardson, who will play an unspecified part.

“Villains with incredibly timid, old men voices” are being sought by Halpern and his team for a trio of new voices. However, nothing has been confirmed about Nathan Fielder, John Wilson, or Joe Pera as of yet.
