Who Was Jerry Jarret?
Originally a performer, Jarrett, born in 1942 and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, began his career in professional wrestling in the early 1960s. He and fellow wrestler Eddie Marlin founded the “Continental Wrestling Association” (CWA) in 1977, and it quickly rose to prominence in Memphis.
