My Unorthodox Life Season 2 is now accessible online, offering fans a front-row ticket to the turmoil in the Haart family.
More lawsuits and legal challenges have been filed after the Haart-break became public. When asked about the unrest she and her family were subjected to, Julia stated, “Every day was something else crazy, and we just had to endure it.”

Julia stated that her and Scaglia’s relationship had been strained before they began dating. Scaglia summarizes his problems near the end of season 2: “My problem is that your children dominate your life, and I don’t want my life to be (ruled) by your children because I have different approaches to life.”
Meanwhile, Juli claims she filed for divorce because she couldn’t stand seeing him treat their children differently.
After Scaglia filed a lawsuit against Julia, alleging her of stealing $850,000 in company cash (which she denies), Julia stated, “It seemed like again, I was in a position where (a) man was dominating my life and wrecking me and destroying everything that I was.”

During their divorce, Julia Haart sued Silvio Scaglia for $257 million
Julia Haart, star of My Unorthodox Life, is suing her ex-husband Silvio Scaglia for $257 million, alleging that she was pushed into “indentured servitude” by her spouse.
The 51-year-old former reality star filed a complaint in New York Supreme Court on Thursday, July 8, alleging that Scaglia, 63, committed various crimes in an apparent attempt to keep his money.
“Silvio Scaglia is a liar and a fraud,” according to a blistering court filing seen by Us Weekly. While he presents himself to the media and others as a millionaire, Scaglia’s fortune is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.” According to the statement, Scaglia made over €700 million profit from his investment in the Italian telecoms business Fastweb, but he lost all of it.
The issue isn’t that Scaglia is poor; he allegedly misappropriated the former La Perla creative director’s income from the model and talent agency they co-own, Elite World Group LLC (EWG).
According to Haart’s lawyers, “unbeknownst to Haart, Scaglia secretly amended FHI’s Articles of Incorporation to permit him to have FHI issue Preferred Shares of FHI stock to himself, which gave Scaglia sole voting and dispositive power over all of FHI’s business and affairs.”
“Her ownership and control of FHI were illusory, and she could not prevent Scaglia from receiving all of the money given by EWG for Haart’s important services as CEO for himself,” according to the documents.
Explanations for Batsheva and Ben’s Divorce
Not only is Julia Haart divorcing her husband, but just days before Julia’s announcement, Batsheva Haart divorced Ben Weinstein.
“After time and consideration, we have decided to split,” Batsheva told Us Weekly. We have a lot of love and respect for each other, but we’ve realized that it’s time to put some distance between us for each of us to live the most beautiful, fulfilled lives imaginably.”
We’re just two closest friends who met when we were very young and have grown apart over the last nine years. We appreciate your continuous support as we embark on this new chapter of our lives.
They married when they were only 19 years old, and according to Rolling Stone, they have been at odds ever since about when to conceive a family.
Julia and Silvio’s Legal Battles have been Heated
After being fired, Julia obtained a restraining order against Silvio. Silvio sued her for $850,000, saying she “illegally took” the money from their joint business account. In a letter, Silvio claimed that Julia had spent too much money and abused her position as CEO of Elite World Group.
According to sources, Julia sued Silvio in Delaware in February 2022 for “damages following her firing, saying proof indicated she owned 50% of the company.” However, the court ruled with Silvio in May, stating that Julia did not possess 50% of their companies properly.
Julia sued Silvio for over $257 million after filing for divorce in July 2022, “claiming he scammed her out of millions from their business,” according to The Media.
Julia’s former employees have Come Out
“Julia was enraged at us, she berated us,” one of Julia’s former staffers told The New York Post. According to sources, “It was horrific, so much yelling.” This corroborates Silvio’s allegations about working for Julia.
Some employees said they were awakened at 3 a.m. on their days off to assist Julia in finding a Starbucks or to deliver a relative’s passport to a faraway country. Because of them, everything about Christmas was spoiled. One former employee said, “All we got was a thank you.”
In case she called, I kept my phone under my pillow for a long time. Another employee stated, “I left that hell hole, and I never looked back; however, I do suffer from PTSD, and talking about it brings up a lot.”
