Divorced Couple Letoya Luckett and Her Husband Say They Want to “Be Loving Co-parents” and End With “Love Always.”
LeToya Luckett and Tommicus Walker, her husband, have separated.
Former Destiny’s Child member Beyoncé, age 39, and Texas businessman Mark Anthony, age 40, have announced their divorce just four months after the birth of their son, Tyson Wolf.
She shared a photo of them with their children Tyson, 4 months, and Gianna Iman, 2 years old, and said, “After extremely careful deliberation, Tommicus and I have chosen to get a divorce.” As a parent, I hope that you and I can co-parent amicably and keep the peace for the sake of our kids.

She signed off the note with the words, “Love always ” and a heart emoticon, meaning, “Please understand our desire for privacy.” “As we navigate this difficult time, we appreciate your prayers, support, and privacy.”
Walker, in a similar message, emphasized how challenging their choice was.
We are still dedicated to our family as co-parents, and we ask that you respect our privacy and the protection of our children during this difficult time. We’re still dedicated to one another as loving friends who respect and care for one another deeply.

The singer’s September announcement of the birth of their baby is contrasted with the news of their divorce.
Walker then thanked God on Instagram for allowing his baby to be born healthy, robust, and full of brightness. “A moment of great pride for us. I’m looking forward to spending time with my son and making memories with him. I adore you, Tyson, the Little King.”
Walker and Luckett wed in a small ceremony in the Texas Hill Country in the winter of 2017. After he proposed to her on her birthday in August of 2017, they announced their engagement to the world.
Upon their engagement, Luckett told ESSENCE, “Immediately the chemistry was there.” “Immediately, we began chatting and giggling. Like me, he was born in Texas.”
She further explained that talking to him was like returning to a familiar place. “After weeks of talking, he still didn’t know my whole name, let alone what I looked like.”
