Then he get a promotion from Lieutenant, Junior grade to Lieutenant in 2006. He returned to the U.S. in April 2008. for reassigned to the Naval Region Southeast Legal Service.

Because it was our responsibility of us to give a safe environment and campus to the student, But besides this, it happened. Board cant be ignore this type of undisciplined behavior. So we have to take strict action for stopping this in the future and trying to make sure students feel safe on the institution campus and can study with a free mind again without any fear.
