The country musician Sam Hunt and his pregnant wife have put the breakup of their marriage on hold for the time being.

According to records acquired by PEOPLE, Hannah Lee Fowler petitioned the court in April to dismiss the case, just two months after she initially filed for divorce. A judge granted her request, and PEOPLE was able to obtain a copy of the signed order.
The decision to reverse the divorce was made after Fowler, who is 33 years old, initially filed for divorce in February. Then, she withdrew her initial allegations a few hours later and re-filed in a different county the same day. TMZ was the first media outlet to break the news of the firing.
The pair had a low-key wedding in April 2017 and did not publicize that they were expecting a child. However, the original divorce paperwork stated that Fowler was scheduled to give birth in May.
In the petition for divorce that Fowler filed, she stated that she feels “all chances of reconciliation are gone” and that Hunt was guilty of “inappropriate marital conduct.” Additionally, she said that she believed Hunt had committed adultery.
In March, the singer of “Body Like a Back Road” revealed that he and Fowler were expecting their first child together, a daughter.
As a guest co-host for Country Countdown USA, he revealed his pregnancy to the audience, saying, “I haven’t talked about this, but I have a little daughter on the way.” “At the end of May and the beginning of June, I set aside two months. In all honesty, that life-changing event has been my central focus this year.”

PEOPLE reached out to Fowler, her attorneys, and a representative for Hunt, 37, but none of them immediately replied to our request for comment.
On Friday, Hunt went on his own to attend the Barnstable Brown Gala, where he was caught wearing his wedding ring on the red carpet. He did not appear to be accompanied by anyone else. On the same evening, he went to the Kentucky Derby party held at the Mellwood Art & Entertainment Center and hosted by Black Rock Thoroughbreds. The theme of the party was “Fillies & Stallions.”
Although Hunt did not comment on the current status of his marriage, he did mention that he and Fowler were collaborating to select a moniker for their child.
He stated that “we are thinking about it” at the moment. “Before we give her a name, I’d like her to make her debut in the real world. I want to be able to look at her and know immediately what name would be most appropriate for her.”
The couple had a rocky relationship for several years before reconciling in 2016 and being married the following year.
