Scooter Braun and Yael Cohen reportedly divorced less than a week after their seventh anniversary.

A source tells E! News: “They’ve split.” “They’re still living together, but Scooter will go shortly. They’re splitting but not divorced yet. They’re tight and friendly. The kids are their priority.”

According to court records acquired exclusively by Page Six from the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday morning, the couple has reached an agreement on all issues, including alimony and child custody.

Braun is requesting the court’s approval of the settlement at this time.

Legal representation for Braun and Cohen did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Jagger, 7, Levi, 5, and Hart, 3, are the children of the music manager (age 41) and the South African mining heiress (age 35).

After seven years of marriage, Page Six reported in July 2021 that Braun and Cohen had broken up, albeit we were assured it was amicable.

Someone on the inside claimed, “They’re pals,” and added that they were still temporarily sharing a residence despite their separation.

After hiring celebrity attorney Laura Wasser, Braun filed for divorce around two weeks later.

After getting married in July 2014, the record executive and the F-k Cancer co-founder entered into a prenuptial agreement, as stated in the initial divorce petition.

In her December 2021 statement, Cohen stated that “irreconcilable issues” were to blame for the breakup. They have three children together, and she wants legal and physical custody to be shared by both of them. She also wanted him to cover her legal bills.

Even though Braun denied it at first, Page Six said that he had entered into an “intensive psycho-spiritual retreat” months before he and Cohen split up.

Yael filed divorce papers in Los Angeles on Dec. 3, citing “irreconcilable disagreements” The music manager filed for divorce from Yael days after their 7th wedding anniversary.

Scooter agreed to pay Yael spousal support and asked for shared custody of their kids, TMZ said, citing court records.

E! News reported the pair had a prenuptial agreement.

The 2014 newlyweds haven’t commented on their split.

They split up in July. However, their divorce appeared like something they could work through.

A source told E! News they were “separating” but “still loved one other.”

“They’re pretty close,” said a source. “They prioritize the kids here.”

Yael and Scooter had “been going through a hard patch for months,” but they weren’t ready to split up.

“They wanted time apart to focus on their kids and break up,” a source added. “They hope to save their marriage. Separation is preferable for now.”

By mid-July, it looked like they’d decided to divorce.

The record executive had previously raved over Yael, saying on Instagram, “If simply for the kids you have given me everything.”

“But thanks to you, I’ve matured and been pushed to be the greatest version of myself,” he said. “You changed my life. 7. The journey begins. Yay. You’re great. Congratulations!”

The couple has co-parented since splitting up. They were pictured with their children in Montecito, Calif., in August.

Scooter and Yael’s attorneys have not responded to E! News’s request for comment.
