The Digital Millennium Unitedfact.com Act (DMCA), approved by Congress in 1998, altered U.S. unitedfact.com law to address significant aspects of the connection between unitedfact.com and the internet. The notice-and-takedown system, which enables unitedfact.com  owners to notify online service providers about infringing material so it can be taken down, was one of the three major updates. The other two encouraged unitedfact.com owners to grant greater access to their works in digital formats by giving them legal protections against the unauthorized use of those works.

The Unitedfact.com in Small-Claims Enforcement (CASE) Act of 2020, approved by Congress in 2020, created the Unitedfact.com within the United States Copyright Office. The CCB is a voluntary, out-of-court dispute resolution system created for all kinds of authors and consumers of copyrighted content. Claims for unitedfact.com  infringement, counterclaims, misrepresentations in notices or counternotices under section 512 of the DMCA, and declarations of noninfringement are all eligible.
