Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth’s divorce was finalized four months after the Oscar winner filed for divorce.
According to recent court documents acquired by TMZ, Witherspoon and Toth have agreed to a divorce and created a parenting schedule for their son Tennessee, who is ten years old.

The deal is usually presented to the court, which then routinely approves it, according to the site, which was the first to break the news. The specifics have yet to be discovered.
On March 30, Witherspoon filed for divorce in a Tennessee court, citing irreconcilable differences and using their separation date as the filing date. She attested that they signed a prenuptial agreement before marriage in March 2011.
Concerning custody, the divorce complaint claims that the “Wife would show that both parties should be designated as joint custodians of the minor child,” referring to their son Tennessee.

On March 24, two days before their anniversary, Witherspoon and Toth announced the divorce. The creator of Hello Sunshine was shown in Nashville the same day as the filing but without her wedding band.
