The Glory Season 2: Latest Entertainment Updates!

If you watched The Glory season one, you undoubtedly got to episode eight and wondered where the vengeance went. We’ve been waiting almost as long as Moon Dong-eun (Song Hye-kyo) for the ex-bullying victim to unleash her long-threatened wrath on her former tormentors.

Then we got to the final episode, and… well, there wasn’t much revenge yet. At this rate, the vengeance will have been served cold, then returned to room temperature, potentially causing subsequent gastrointestinal upset. That’s retaliation for you.

But don’t worry, it’s a two-parter! Netflix has already confirmed a return visit, and we’ll witness the net tightening around the wicked Yeon-jin (Lim Ji-Yeon) and her vile friendship group during the next eight episodes.

The Glory Season 2 Release Date: When Will The Glory Season 2 Be Released?

It’s official: part two is coming in March 2023, according to Netflix itself. So you won’t have to wait indefinitely for that wonderful, sweet conclusion. A specific date has yet to be disclosed.

Naturally, it’s the same cast of characters, portrayed by the same actors, because their story is still incomplete. As a result, Song Hye-Kyo (Dong) • Lim Ji-Yeon (Yeon-jin) • Kim Hieora (Sara) • Jung Sung-il (Do-Yeong) • Cha Joo-young (Hye-Jeong) • Lee Do-Hyun (Joo Yeo-Jeong) (Jeon Jae-jun)

And if there isn’t any more of Yeom Hye-Kang ran’s Hyeon-Nam, we will riot. One of our all-time favorite characters is the domestic-abuse victim-turned-stealth detective, and she must be safeguarded at all costs. She’ll be able to eat stew and eggs at the dinner table with her kid once more! Myeong-oh, Kim Gun-thug woo’s dealer, is dead, but he will return for flashbacks – we still don’t know who killed him for sure.

The Glory Season 2 Plot: What Will Happen In Part 2 of The Glory?

It’s no stretch to predict that Dong-plot suns will come to fulfillment, though perhaps with some snags along the way and, presumably, some thought on the existential price of retribution (like missing out on decades of living).

We’ve known from the start, thanks to an extremely complex series of flashbacks, that intends to make her bullies’ lives on Earth hell (and fair enough – the bullying scenes themselves were painful, some would argue gratuitously so), and that the plan appears to involve turning the gang against themselves. Death is too easy: the vengeful angel wants them to suffer as she did.

First was Myeong-oh, who turned against his supercilious employer Jae-jun, persuading him to steal DNA samples and establish the father of Yeon-daughter jin’s is actually Jae-jun and not her spouse Do-young. Myeong-oh was suddenly murdered, apparently not by Dong-run, so we’ll have to figure out whodunnit before the titles roll.

Cabin crew Next up came Hye-Jeong, who agreed to service Dong-requirements suns in exchange for avoiding her fury. Do you believe she will be left alone? No, we don’t. Dong-Eun is not a forgiving person, even if Hye-Jeong was a victim of Yeon-jin in some respects.

The two extreme worsts, Yeon-jin and Jae-jun, have yet to feel the full weight of Dong-fury, the sun’s but we expect it to come in the form of Ye-sol, their daughter, who is a) incredibly nice and loving for the daughter of two out-and-out sadists, and b) the ideal weapon to turn against them.

Sorry, there isn’t one yet, but one is expected on February 23.
