My Next Life as a Villainess Season 2

With a new trailer, My Next Life as a Villainess has revealed the Season 2 release date! The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may have made it a difficult time for anime releases this time last year, but the anime that did make it to screen during this tumultuous period stood out from the crowd.

Despite all of the concerns, the premiere of My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! was one of the biggest hits of the Spring 2020 anime season.

Catarina Claes, the noble family’s young daughter, hits her head one day and recalls her previous existence as an otaku. She then finds she has been reborn into the universe of the otome game Fortune Lover as the game’s villain, bound to be exiled or killed no matter which path the player takes in the original game. She learns that in a previous life, she was an otaku. Her current life is a reincarnated version of herself from the game Fortune Lover.

When Catarina learns that she is playing the game’s main villain, everything changes. It makes no difference which course she takes in this situation. She will either die or live in exile for the rest of her life.

Catarina attempts to change her fate by employing some successful countermeasures. At the very least, she felt they worked! Her acts, on the other hand, have major ramifications.

Catarina’s anime voyage is far from done, as we all know. She hasn’t yet dealt with all of the ramifications of her conduct. Furthermore, we must not overlook Raphael. In the forthcoming season, he will undoubtedly play a pivotal role.

In this circumstance, we also have Maria. What if she develops feelings for Catarina? In Fortuna Lover, the latter is supposed to be bad. If everyone starts to like her, the game will give her a sad ending to her story.
