Coach Navi, who just died away, was both the RSG Ignite coach and a former MPL Philippines player. He played for Sterling Global Dragons during Season 4 and was one of the league’s original players before switching to coaching RSG Ignite in the MDL.
He accepted work in the BPO sector after leaving the MDL but continued to play Mobile Legends for enjoyment. He ultimately made a comeback to the scene and was thankful for the chance to establish himself as a coach with RSG Ignite. He discussed his passion for coaching and the game in an interview with Spin. ph and said he was eager to give it one last shot, which proved to be fruitful.

Just one month before his 25th birthday on May 26, Ivan “Navi” Gacho, a Filipino Mobile Legends player turned coach, passed away on April 24. Gacho served as the team’s head coach for the Mobile Legends Development League (MDL) Philippines squad RSG Ignite. His brother, Isidro Erickson, affirmed that a deadly arrhythmia, or abnormal heartbeat, was to blame for his demise.
