It is likely that John passed away from natural causes given his advanced age and the fact that he did not have any known health problems.

John Aniston Cause of Death

According to The Hollywood Reporter, John Aniston’s birth name was Yiannis Anastasakis, and his family hailed from Crete, Greece. He was the third of four children in the family. John was first exposed to the performing arts at an early age after his family relocated to Chester, Pennsylvania so that his father could operate a restaurant there.

After that, he got his start in show business with his first guest stint on the CBS sitcom Brenner. Prior to that, he had attended Penn State University and served in the United States Navy. Since then, he has made guest appearances on a number of different television series, but to this day, his most notable performance was as the antagonist Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives.

His first appearance on the soap opera was in 1969 when he played the role of a doctor. He left the show after roughly a year, but he came back in 1985 to portray the role of Victor. He maintained acting in the part right up until the time of his death. Sherry Rooney, John’s son Alex Aniston, and Jennifer, his daughter, are the only members of John’s family to survive his passing. The fan sends their warmest wishes to their family.
