“CMA Fest,” the summer’s most popular country music event, is back tonight.
The three-hour special airs on ABC at 8 p.m. ET, which is 7 p.m. CT, and features some of the genre’s biggest stars giving epic performances.

The show will be on ABC on August 3 at 8 p.m. ET. It will also be able to be streamed on Hulu the next day.

Where is CMA Fest
The special was shot at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, during the annual CMA Fest in June.
Who is hosting CMA Fest
This year’s “CMA Fest” special will be the first time Dierks Bentley and Elle King host. Bentley had said before the show that “the energy is going to be crazy.”
“The number of years you’ve been able to perform at CMA Fest is a good way to measure your career,” he said. “I remember that the first time I played on the main stage, I started at noon and worked my way up to one of the later slots. Eventually, I got to be the night’s headliner. So it means a lot to us as artists and, of course, to our fans as well.”
Who is performing during CMA Fest
The music-filled programme will feature many of your favourite musicians.
30 singers, including Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown and Thomas Rhett, will perform at this year’s CMA Awards.

You won’t want to miss any of the duets performed during the event.
“Achy Breaky Heart” was covered by Billy Ray Cyrus and Dierks Bentley, “Why Not Me” by The Judds was sung by Wynonna Judd and Carly Pearce, and “Chicken Fried” was done by Zac Brown Band and Darius Rucker.
“Need You Now” was also performed by Lady A and Breland.
