Ishaan Khatter Acknowledges His Split From Ananya Panday and Continues to Refer to Her as His “Sweetheart” on the Seventh Episode of Koffee With Karan!

Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi appeared on the Koffee couch in the most recent episode of Koffee With Karan 7, presented by director and producer Karan Johar. In the episode, the actors discussed their relationships and promoted their next horror comedy, Phone Bhoot.

Ananya Panday, Ishaan’s co-star in the movie Khaali Peeli, was rumored to be dating him. Although they never officially announced their relationship, they were frequently sighted together, most notably at Ishaan’s brother Shahid Kapoor’s birthday celebration in February of this year. Then, in April, stories surfaced that the couple had split up after three years of dating.

Ananya, along with Vijay Deverakonda, her co-star in Liger, appeared on Koffee With Karan 7 but declined to discuss her relationship with Ishaan. However, the latter opted for transparency and stated definitively that he had ended his relationship with the Gehraiyaan actress.

Ishaan, who shot to fame with his performance opposite Janhvi Kapoor in the critically acclaimed film Dhadak, which was produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, responded humorously to Karan’s question, “You broke up with Ananya?” by saying, “Did I? Because you said she broke up with me recently.”

Ishaan was then asked if he plans to keep in touch with her, to which he replied, “Yeah, I mean, I would hope to have her as a friend for the rest of my life. She is one of the most wonderful people I have known. She is a sweetheart, she is. Anyone who has met her would say this. She genuinely is a sweetheart. And all pulpy questions aside, she is someone who is very dear to me and will always
