The Duggar family is having more children! On Wednesday, Joy-Anna Duggar revealed that she is expecting her third child with husband Austin Forsyth. This will be the couple’s third child together. The former cast member of “Counting On” revealed her growing baby bump in maternity images that included featured her four-year-old son Gideon, her two-year-old daughter Evelyn, and an ultrasound picture.
