Dayton man arrested for s*xually Abusing A Woman, The Day After He Was Released From Jail
Dayton man arrested for s*xually: A day after his release from prison, a man in Dayton was arrested on a sexual assault charge against a woman.
The 32-year-old defendant, Ryan Grefer, appeared in Dayton Municipal Court on Friday to face a dozen charges. According to court documents, he was charged with three charges of rape, two counts of kidnapping, two crimes of abduction, one count of attempt to conduct disrupting public service, criminal damage, aggravated burglary, domestic violence, and aggravated possession of drugs.
As of the 29th of August, Grefer was released from jail under the terms of a no-contact order.
A report states that after Grefer’s release from jail, he went to 5300 Northcutt Place and kicked in the front door. On the evening of August 30, he departed, but he came back.
According to an affidavit and summary of facts, he sexually abused a woman after tying her up and taking her hostage.
On the afternoon of August 31st, Grefer attempted to reenter the residence. Reports say he went around to the house’s backside and pulled out the utility meter in an effort to cut off the power.
The police were contacted and Grefer was arrested after the victim’s report. According to the affidavit, police found cocaine in his pocket during a search.
According to prisoner booking records, Grefer has been taken into custody and is currently being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center. An amount of $250,000 has been established for his bond.
On Friday, he will have another court date.
