The Cleveland Cavaliers star and the Good American designer fueled romance rumors in August 2016 and made their first public appearance as a pair the following month while celebrating Flo Rida’s birthday party at LIV in Miami. Kardashian has previously spoken openly about her and Thompson’s wish to have a large family.

The split occurred six months before it was revealed that Thompson was being sued by Maralee Nichols, who claimed he fathered her newborn boy.
