American professional golfer Lexi Thompson plays the sport. Lexi Thompson was born in Coral Springs, Florida, in February of 1995. She became the youngest golfer to earn a spot in the U.S. Women’s Open at the age of twelve. At the age of fifteen, Thompson started his professional career.
At sixteen years and seven months, he became the youngest winner of an LPGA event in history. Thompson became the second-youngest winner on the Ladies European Tour in 2011 when she won the Dubai Ladies Masters.
Eight LPGA Tour wins, including the 2014 Kraft Nabisco Championship, have been hers. Thompson tied for seventh in the U.S. Women’s Open in 2014 and eighth in the Women’s British Open in 2016. She ranked number four and five in the world in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
