Meghan King Confirms She Finalized Her Divorce from Jim Edmonds
Meghan King and Jim Edmonds have divorced after two years of separation. King, 36, confirmed the news to Us Weekly, saying she wasn’t overly emotional about the expected conclusion. “I feel the same as I did before the decision was made,” she said. “I believe it’s an energetic closure, which is essential, but I mean, I’ve been learning how to be independent since we separated, since the divorce was filed, which is over a year and a half now.”
”So it simply feels amazing,” she went on. “It feels fantastic to be able to put things behind me and focus on the future.” I want to spend the rest of my life with someone. I’m a devoted, monogamous person. I’ve had a lot of fun dating, but I’m really hoping to settle down and find that special someone.”
After five years of marriage, King divorced his husband Jim Edmonds in October 2019. They have three children: Aspen, four, and twin sons, Hayes and Hart, two. King and businessman Christian Schauf, 40, made their romance Instagram official last May. After their split last fall, Schauf told Page Six that he and King are still on “excellent terms.”
Will Roos, a “friend-turned-boyfriend” of the former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, has recently been linked to her.”For the time being, we’re simply pals.” And by ‘friends,’ I mean closest friends who also kiss and hug. Okay, so I don’t really mean ‘friends.’ “Life is hilarious… @willroos,” King wrote in January on her Instagram story.
