The Madame Blanc Mysteries Season 2: All Creative Details!
Season 2 of Madame Blanc Mysteries is on the way, complete with a Christmas special! Season 1 of the Madame Blanc Mysteries saw Jean White (Sally Lindsay) learn of her husband’s death in a car accident while returning from an antique-buying trip to the picturesque village of Sainte Victoire in the south of France, followed by the revelation that his shady financial dealings had left her penniless.
Despite her fear of travel and inability to communicate in French, Jean traveled to Sainte Victoire to investigate the mystery of her husband’s death, and found herself a new home in the local community, using her antique expertise to assist local police chief Caron (Alex Gaumond) in his investigations.
The first season concluded with Jean confronting estate agent Barbara — whom she had identified as “the other Mrs. White” having an affair with her husband — and almost escaping with her life. Jean is determined to make a fresh start in Sainte Victoire, but will her late husband’s deception still cause havoc? Here’s all we know thus far about the new show…
