On June 28, the Blink-182 drummer underwent pancreatitis surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Alabama and Landon, the couple’s two teenagers, are the children of Moakler and Barker.

Moakler expressed his gratitude to people who had inquired about Barker’s health and lauded his new wife, reality television personality Kourtney Kardashian, for sticking at his side during the struggle. “Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern to my ex and father of my children,” Moakler said in a statement on Page Six.

“I am confident that he is in excellent hands and supported by the best medical staff, including his wife Kourtney.” The former Miss USA, Playboy Model, and “Celebrity Big Brother” contestant shared the optimism of Barker’s friends, admirers, and family members.

She prayed, “I pray for a speedy recovery and for the comfort of my children as I know they are very concerned and worried,” in a letter. After having a colonoscopy that left him with severe stomach pain, Barker’s irritated pancreas was initially discovered to be the cause of his symptoms.
