16-year-old Girl Killed, 3 Boys Hospitalized After Old Brookville Crash
It took place at Old Brookville at approximately 3:35 a.m. on the morning of January 8th. According to the reports of the Nassau County Police, a female driver in her 16th year was operating a 2008 Nissan driving westbound on Chicken Valley Road when she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree close to the intersection of Brookville Lane.
The operator of the car was pronounced dead at the spot by a Nassau County Police Medic. Her identity has not yet been published. The three other occupants, all males between the ages of 14 and 16, were taken to nearby hospitals to receive medical attention.
