After David Beador Filed for Divorce, Lesley Beador Thinks the Marriage is Back on Track
David Beador filed for divorce from his wife, Lesley Cook Beador, over the weekend, after only around two years of marriage. Lesley has now moved to Instagram to reveal that David has changed his mind and that he requested a dismissal of his filing a few days ago, presumably after learning of the divorce.
Lesley tweeted a snapshot of the two in happier times on Wednesday with the message, “My husband filed a request for dismissal a few days ago.” Return to your regularly scheduled programming.” She also labeled the photo with her account name.
She also used the identical phrase in another Instagram story photo and tagged her account name three times. Aside from Lesley’s assertion, there is no concrete evidence that David has withdrawn his petition, and David has not spoken on the matter and is not on social media.
David stated irreconcilable differences as the cause for their divorce in court filings, and he filed the paperwork on September 15, 23 months after they married. Lesley Beador alleges the divorce has been called off. Lesley and David started dating in January 2018, just a few months after David divorced his ex-wife, Real Housewife of Orange County Shannon Beador. After two years of dating, they got engaged in January 2020.
Lesley, 38, and David, 57, tied the knot in October 2020, five months pregnant with their daughter, Anna Love. David is requesting that they share legal and physical custody of their child. At the time, it was also stated that David had a prenuptial agreement in place to protect his assets, which included two residences in Orange County and Park City, Utah.
Neither Lesley nor David had remarked on the anticipated divorce prior to Lesley’s article. In 2019, David and Shannon Beador officially divorced. Shannon filed for divorce in 2017, but their legal fights stretched on for over two years in court. Their divorce was finalized in April 2019.
The couple’s difficult marriage was revealed during her first seasons on RHOC, disclosing that David had an affair while they were married. Shannon tried to move past the adultery, but it was too much for her, and she subsequently said that the program caused her to stay in the marriage far longer than she should have.
Shannon rediscovered love with John Janssen, who has appeared on the show for two seasons. Although they are not engaged or living together, the couple appears to be quite happy and committed to one another. After years of being chastised for their awful fashion, the group appears to be upping their game for the new season. We got a sneak glimpse at Heather Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter’s first confessional attire, and both ladies looked stunning.
