Jelly Roll had a good night at the CMT Music Awards 2023, winning three trophies to lead the night as the most-awarded artist. Male Video of the Year, Breakthrough Male Video of the Year, and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year were all won by the “Son of a Sinner” hitmaker.
Lainey Wilson won two awards: Female Video of the Year for “Heart Like a Truck” and Collaboration Video of the Year for her duet with Hardy, “Wait in the Truck.” Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown received the Video of the Year award for their song “Thank God.”
When the best personalities in music and entertainment met in Austin tonight for the 2023 CMT Music Awards, the fans responded, and awards were announced. The live show Austin, co-hosted by Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini, was part of the first-ever awards event for country music that was fan-voted.
