Blotter: Smith County Jail Bookings 30 Aug – 31 Aug

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Ivonne Adriana Delrio, 33, of Flint, was accused by deputies of aggravated assault on a person, family, or property with a weapon. Delrio was being held in the Smith County Jail on a $50,000 bail on Tuesday.

Jonathan James Massengale, 28, of Tyler, was charged by deputies with failing to identify, providing false information with the purpose to flee, and eluding arrest and custody. On Tuesday, Massengale was being held without bond at the Smith County Jail.

• Kali Pettis, 22, of Ben Wheeler, was accused by deputies of possessing a controlled drug with a grade of 1/1-B and less than 1 gram. Pettis was being held in the Smith County Jail on a $25,000 bail on Tuesday.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

• Billy Jerrell Dorsey, 17, of Houston, was charged by police with vehicle unauthorised use. Dorsey was being held at the Smith County Jail on a $50,000 bail on Tuesday.
• David Lee Campbell, 26, of Clarksville, was accused by police of using a weapon to aggravate a date, family, or household. On a $75,000 bail, Campbell was housed in the Smith County Jail on Tuesday.

SMITH COUNTY ADULT PROBATION

Austin Matthew Bounds, 21, of Overton, was charged by police with possession of a controlled drug in violation of grade 2 between 1 gram and 4 grams, grade 2 between 4 grams and 400 grams, grade 1/1-B between 4 grams and 200 grams, and grade 1A in violation of less than 20 AU. On Tuesday, Bounds was being held in the Smith County Jail on $400,000 in bonds.

TROUP POLICE DEPARTMENT

• Kaston Giovanni Kincade, 33, of Troup, was charged by police with assault causing bodily harm to a family member. Tuesday saw Kincade being held in the Smith County Jail before being freed the same day on a $1,500 bail.

UNITED STATES MARSHAL SERVICE

Marshalls accused Tyler resident David Lloyd Stanley, 46, of sexually abusing a minor under 14 on a regular basis. On a $750,000 bail, Stanley was detained at the Smith County Jail on Tuesday.
